Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver most of the products within 5 - 7 days however, some locations may take 7-10 days. Certain PINs may not be eligible for COD service. In such circumstances, our customer support staff will contact you while your purchase is being processed.
- In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.
- Customers are advised not to accept tampered/ altered or damaged shipments.
- Kindly note: standard shipping timelines would not apply during sales or promotions.

OFFERS AND PROMOTION CODES (When applied)
You must be logged in and input the promo code on the respective page of website before completing your transaction to take advantage of a special offer. When you complete the needed information, the offer will be applied immediately. Offer codes must be entered exactly as given and are case sensitive. Only one promotion code per online order is permitted, and they do not apply to already discounted items.

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped.
CANCELATION
ORDER CANCELATION – BY CUSTOMER
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship our orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Customers can cancel their order until it is shipped from the website. Post-shipping customers can call customer care support for the same.
ORDER CANCELATION – BY FRAGRANCE BOOTH
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):
- Product unavailability or temporarily out-of-stock
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information
- Inaccurate or insufficient address
- Non-serviceable locations
We may sometimes demand extra verification or information before we can complete an order. We will notify you if there is a problem completing your order, if we need to cancel it, or if more information is needed. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will get a full refund, which may take up to a week depending on your bank account.
